We all can relate to how exhausting shopping furniture market can be!  Luckily, an incredible aspect of North Carolina is that we have it all: the beach, mountains, and even lakes.  Even better, High Point has some first class resorts within just an hour or two of the city.

A must-see while visiting North Carolina is the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC.  The Biltmore is full of timeless elegance as it started in 1895 and still exists, family-owned, today.  Just two and a half hours away – you can fill your day with their on-site winery, shopping, walks in their stunning gardens, and dive into the history of this gorgeous home in the mountains.

Similarly, another luxurious mountain getaway awaits you just an hour and a half from High Point, NC in Southern Virginia.  The Primland Resort, located amidst the Blue Mountains, is a beautiful retreat. They offer golf packages, sport shooting, and an incredible spa. There are various lodging options including private tree houses within the mountains.  We recommend you treat yourself to the spa after walking the streets of High Point Market!

Located only an hour from High Point lies the Pinehurst Resort.  Famous for their golf, the resort consists of two quaint, historic inns where you can find spa services for some much deserved R&R, golf, and fine dining.

The Carolina Hotel is another option to rest your head and they serve complimentary tea every afternoon. For activities, carriage rides are a great way to explore the alluring history of the Village of Pinehurst.
