Favorite Fitness & Spa Places in High Point

Shopping, walking, parties, and meetings, meetings, meetings… sounds exhausting right? We think so – no, actually we know so.

Even you fit, buff and seasoned shoppers know what we are talking about.  Let’s face it:  walking around High Point (sometimes in not the smartest of shoe decisions – we touched on that in yesterday’s post High Point Market Survival Guide), carrying those heavy bags filled with the latest catalogs, eating food that’s probably not on your dietitian-approved list – and ahem, possibly drinking a little more than you should, but hey, who’s counting? – can take it’s toll on anyone.

So…no matter if you need to burn off steam or steam to relax, we have a great list of post-market pick-me-ups to check out.

If you are in the mood to get your OM on:

Pure Light Yoga, Yoga Mindset and CYoga are our top three picks around town.

Debbie Workman (pictured above) is owner of both Pure Light Yoga and one of our favorite coffee shops, DeBeen Espresso.

Kelle Yokeley is not only the founder of Yoga Mindset, but also a LuluLemon Yoga ambassador.

Cece Biesecker founded CYoga and has been influenced by some of the most influential teachers in Yoga such as Shiva Rea.
