Best Places to Stay in High Point
This is one of our most requested posts so we are reprising it with updated information, just in time for Fall Market and HPU Parents’ Weekend. Enjoy!
Planning for a trip to High Point Market? Or maybe a visit to HPU? No matter how many times people have been to High Point the number one question I get from friends coming to visit is: “Where should I stay?” Surprisingly (and contrary to what some believe), you do have options. The tricky part is they fill up fast, and sometimes even months in advance (so our advice is to plan – and book – early).
Here is a list of some of our favorite places in and around High Point.
Built in 1918 and celebrating its 100th anniversary, this mansion on Main Street, featuring 31 individually-designed rooms, is right in the heart of the uptown district and is within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants and the local craft brewery, Brown Truck Brewery!
A boutique hotel in a 100+ year old Southern home designed by six prominent interior designers. It’s even located one block from Market Square Tower.
